The server is up and the WebSocket line is open on this port, but the terminal bundle has not been built yet.

For development, run npm run dev and open two tabs of the terminal, each clipped on as a different role:

• Operator — http://localhost:5173/?role=operator
• Far party — http://localhost:5173/?role=far

Or run npm run build to serve the built terminal from this server (then this same page's URL serves it, with ?role= selecting the seat).
